Standard cooperative game theory deals with players, assuming that each player has its own characteristics. Nevertheless, in most cases, players can and should be gathered in groups. We present a model in which players belong to groups and the characteristic function captures this reality. Therefore the characteristic function is defined over a lattice.
Several concepts, such as the core or the Weber set are presented, and also the corresponding Shapley value. Convexity is also studied, wich leads to a special class of functions.
