Resumen de A present overview on functional data analysis
In this work, a general overview on the state of the art in functional data analysis (FDA) is given.
After an essentially historical introduction, the basic concepts in FDA are de ned in the Section 2.
The third section is devoted to some comments on several recent and interesting works for exploratory functional data analysis, regression with functional variables and other techniques.
