Patrones de citación en la investigación española en educación matemática

  • En este artículo se muestra una visión diacrónica de las tendencias de citación en el campo de la Educación Matemática, tomando como población de estudio las tesis doctorales de dicho campo contenidas en la base TESEO durante los años 1975-2002. Para ello realizamos un estudio longitudinal sobre distintos aspectos relativos a la bibliografía recogida en tales informes doctorales, tales como: idioma de las citas, fuentes bibliográficas, antigúedad media de las citas, etc. Como hallazgos relevantes de este estudio destacaríamos la existencia de un patrón de 200 referencias, el predominio del idioma inglés en las revistas, en tanto que el español predomina en libros. Dos revistas (Journalfor Reseorch in Mathemutícs Educution y Educotionol Studies in Mathemaócs) son extensamente las más citadas.
