  (i) If F_(t)=t'(t)/_(t) is decreasing and 1

  (ii) If F_(t) is increasing and C_>2, then JC(L(_)[0,1])=JC(L_[0,1])=2-1/C_, where C_= lim t!+1 t'(t)/_(t).
