Resumen de On an Open Problem about how to Recognize Constant Functions

• In this paper we generalize a result of Bourgain, Brezis and Mironescu about how to recognize constant functions; its motivation comes from the uniqueness of the lifting in some Sobolev spaces. We also answer to an open question raised by Brezis concerning the previous result.
