This study investigates nano-ionic currents within microtubules by employing the Improved Auxiliary Equation Mapping Method (IAEMM), yielding exact wave solutions that reveal insights into soliton dynamics. We analyze the system’s sensitivity to initial conditions and its chaotic behavior using tools like Lyapunov exponents, phase portraits, and recurrence plots. Our findings underscore the unique capabilities of IAEMM in solving the nano-ionic current model and offer valuable insights for understanding complex biological and physical processes.
