Resumen de Aplicación de un sistema experto al control del silicio en el alto horno

  Se muestran las posibilidades de aplicación de un sistema experto (ES) y de la teoría de los conjuntos difusos (fuzzy set theory, (FS)) a la simulación del trabajo del operador de alto homo. Con la aplicación de los conjuntos difusos, el autor resuelve los problemas usuales de los modelos clásicos, como son la inexactitud de las medidas de los parámetros considerados y la dificultad de la expresión de las experiencias del operador. A título de ejemplo, se aplica la teoría propuesta al control del silicio en el arrabio en el homo alto. Se comparan los resultados alcanzados en el control por operador con los obtenidos utilizando el sistema experto

  This article shows the possibilities of applying the fuzzy sets in simulating the activity of the operator at a blast furnace and indícales, consequently, the possible concepts in compiling an expert System. By the application of the fuzzy set theory (FS) in the expert system presented, the author tries to solve the common reasons for the failure of conventional models of regulating activity of the operator, i.e. the innacuratc input Information and the problem of how to formúlate the experience of the operator mathematically. The theory proposed is exemplified by regulating a blast furnace by change in the amount of blown steam, V. The observed parameter is S/ while the expressions of the operator, e.g. "low contení of SI", "high amount of V", etc., are used. In the conclusión, the results of the regulation by Computer and the operator are compared
