    El trabajo se refiere a la construcción de un banco dinámico de datos, aplicando un SIG al Complejo de la Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (UNCP- BA) en la Ciudad de Olavarría, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Este SIG está destinado a satisfacer necesidades de las unidades académicas en todos los órdenes, además de crear los recursos humanos y tecnológicos que permitan su ofrecimiento para satisfacer necesidades externas (Estado, instituciones, empresas). Hasta el momento se han realizado los trabajos correspondientes a la infraestructura del Complejo: gas, electricidad, red informática, telefonía, alarma, agua y cloacas. También se han elaborado las bases de datos de aulas y ofi cinas con sus usos, cátedras, parte del equipamiento, ubicación del personal, datos personales de docentes e investigadores, etc. Al mismo tiempo, se vienen construyendo las bases de datos correspondientes a alumnos y graduados de la Facultad de Ingeniería, que la relacionan en conjunto con el medio. Esta metodología es extrapolable para su utilización en la planificación y gestión de las ciudades, tanto en el ámbito público como en el privado (empresas, instituciones ONGs., etc.).

    The work refers to the construction of a dynamic bench of data, applying a SIG, to the Complex of the National University of the Center of the County of Buenos Aires (UNCPBA) in the City of Olavarría, County of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The same one is dedicated to satisfy necessities of the academic units in all the orders, besides creating the human resour- ces and technological that allow their offer to satisfy external necessities (State, institu tions, companies). Until the moment they have been carried out the works corresponding to the infrastructure of the Complex: gas, electricity, computer net, telephony, alarms, it dilutes and sewers. The databases of classrooms and offi ces have also been elaborated with their uses, classes, it leaves of the equipment, the personnel’s location, personal data of educational and investigating, etc. At the same time, they are come building the databases corresponding to students and gra- duate of the Faculty of Engineering that relate it together with the means. This methodology is applicable for its use in the planning and administration of the cities, so much in the public environment as in the private one (companies, institutions, ONGs., etc.).
