Resumen de Un problema combinatorio que surgió en conjuntos B3 enteros

  Sea A = {a1, a2, …, ak} un conjunto de enteros positivos con k ≥ 3, tales que a1 ≤ a2 ≤ a3 … ak = N. Nuestro problema consiste en investigar el número de ternas (ar, as, at) ∈ A3 con ar < as < at, que satisfacenar + as - at < 0 y -ar + as + at > N.En este artículo presentamos una cota superior para el máximo número de tales ternas en un conjunto de enteros arbitrario con k elementos. Por otro lado, también encontramos el número de ternas que satisfacen las desigualdades () para algunas familias de conjuntos, con el fin de determinar cotas inferiores para el máximo número de tales ternas que un conjunto con k elementos puede tener.

  Let A = {a1, a2, …, ak} be a set of positive integers with k ≥ 3,such that a1 ≤ a2 ≤ a3 … ak = N. Our problem is to investigate thenumber of triplets (ar, as, at) ∈ A3 with ar < as < at, satisfyingar + as - at < 0 y -ar + as + at > N.In this paper we give an upper bound for the maximum number of such a triplets in an arbitrary set of integers with k elements. We also find the number of triplets satisfying () for some families of sets in order to determine lower bounds for the maximum number of such a triplets that a set with k elements can have.
