    El artículo revela el vigor y actualidad del modelo del Sistema de Trabajo creado en 1977 para las instituciones educativas del MINED, a partir de las experiencias acumuladas en su aplicación por los principales cuadros educacionales de la Provincia de Pinar del Río y los aportes que han dado a la concepción y desarrollo de sus etapas y pasos. Demuestra que el despliegue del Sistema de Trabajo no se reduce a la realización ordenada de un sistema de reuniones y que la labor cotidiana de los directivos educacionales puede convertirse en una actividad pedagógica profesional de dirección.

    This article reveals force and validity of the pattern of the Work System created in 1977, for the educational institutions of the MINED, starting from the experiences accumulated in its application by the main educational leaders of the Provincial Direction of Education of Pinar del Río, and the contributions that have given to the conception and development of its stages and steps. It demonstrates that the unfolding of the System of Work doesn't decrease to the orderly realization of a system of meetings and that the daily work of the educational managers can become a pedagogical managing activity.
