  Ramón Llull (1232-1316), esta figura tan curiosa y fascinante del medievo catalán, construyó una maquinaria inventiva ¿Ars Magna¿ cuyo fin era convencer a los infieles para que creyeran en el Dios de la religión católica. Sin embargo, esta maquinaria podía aplicarse a todo porque con ella se alcanzaba la verdad de cualquier ciencia en poco tiempo, de modo que también podía aplicarse a la astronomía. Veremos no sólo las concepciones astronómicas de Llull sino también cómo aplica su Arte a esta ciencia

  In the works of Ramón Llull (1232-1316), this curious and fascinating figure of Catalan Middle Ages, there is a inventive machinery ¿Ars Magna¿ which was created to convince pagan people to belive in the catholic God. However, this machinery could be applied to other many things, because through this engine it would be possible to get the truth for any science in a short time. Therefore, he wanted to apply this inventive machine to astronomy. We will see not only the astronomical conceptions, but also how to apply his Ars to this science.
