• In this paper we de ne and study cooperative games with limited aspirations. In a cooperative game with limited aspirations there are upper bounds on the possible payo s for some coalitions. These restrictions require adjustements in the de nitions of solution concepts. Here we study the e ect of the restrictions on the core and de ne and study the so-called truncated core.
